This session is applicable to both County Clerks and  Recorders offices. This session will cover all types of records that can and can’t be destroyed. Dave Finnigan – Director for the Secretary of State Index  Department will take us through understanding the new Notary process for new and renewal of Notary.

We  will hear from Staci on how Wisconsin played a major role in the recent  legislation.
